One 27-year-old Araga Victor, had been remanded in Kirikiri Custodial Centre for his alleged involvement of the gang-rape of a 7-year-old girl inside the Ikeja Military Cantonment.

Presiding Magistrate of the Court, Mrs. O.A.Daodu, ordered his remand in Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, and directed that the case file be forwarded to the office of the State Director of Public Prosecutions, DPP, for legal advice, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice.

It was alleged that the 27-year-old Defendant and three others now at large, on 3rd November, 2021, at about 2pm inside the cantonment, lured and defiled the little girl, leading to profuse bleeding from her private part.
