A retired Assistant Commissioner of Police, Christian Kpatuma, populalry known as HIPPIES, have been allegedlly murdered by suspected cultists.

Sources say, the incident occurred in Agwa clan in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State in the early hours of Wednesday, when the alleged cultists stormed the residence of the retired ACP, who is also a lawyer and gruesomely murdered him .

The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, CSP Michael Abattam, said he was Tet to confirm from the DPO of the jurisdiction where the incident occurred.
