As the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, continues with announcement of Edo State Governorship Election results, the APC candidate for the Election, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu has lost his own Orhionmwon Local Government Areas to incubent Governor Godwin Obaseki of the PDP.
According to the result, the PDP polled a total of 13,445 votes while the APC had 10,455 votes.
Of the results from seventeen local government areas so far announced, Governor Godwin Obaseki is leading in twelve local government areas while Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu has five local government areas.
Results from Ovia South West, the remaining local government area is still being expected.
