A Benin High Court, Criminal Division sitting in Benin City has remanded one 27 years old Iyare Olaye in the custody of the Edo State Police Command alleged murder charge.
The Defendant had on 22nd June 2020 at No. 5 Iguisi street off Ibiwe street, Benin City, murdered one Ahmed Yekini whom he had a quarrel with.
It was alleged by the Prosecution that Iyare attacked the late Ahmed with a knife and stabbed him on the neck which led to his be death.
