Edo State Governor, Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki has emerged the consensus candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party ahead of the 19th September 2020 Governorship election in Edo State. Other aspirants; Engr. Gideon Ikhine, Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama and Kenneth Imasuagbon, announced their intention to step down for Mr. Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki at the Samuel Ogbemudia stadium, venue of the Party’s primary election.
